The MBA Programme
"INTEGRATED LEARNING APPROACH at VMPIM-MBA"
The investment that can best ensure the all around development of the country is the Human Resource. At VMPIM-MBA we have adopted an Integrated Learning Approach to make our contribution in the direction of developing managerial resource.
Ours is a two-year full time programme duly approved by AICTE New Delhi. We are offering two elective groups: viz Marketing and Finance. However, consistent with our approach, we have equally emphasised General Management.
Our course structure provides for compulsory papers of Project management, Management Control System, Strategic Management, and such other courses in General Management area. Component of Practical training is given a higher weightage in our programme. Besides summer training, we have provided for Integrated Projects in semester III and IV.
Curricula, projects work, pedagogy and examination system are geared up to develop technical skills, human relation skills and conceptual skills through the balanced development of left and right brain. This ensures in our students the total knowledge in term of right frame of mind to seek relevant information, ability to demonstrate the right skills and the right disposition of mind to make them successful in their career as knowledge worker.
The mission of MBA programme is to breed visionaries and managers for the information age.
